Ran one more quick survey with the help of Ombey's map and came to those numbers of .6 systems per Caldari Empire region: - 5 in Black Rise - 10 in The Citadel - 19 in Lonetrek - and a crazy 26 in The Forge ;-) Those are approximate, since Ombey'...

Just ran a quick survey on this and past year's topic: our benefactor seems to be on board mainly from 20 to 1, with extremums observed just after 14 and up to 5 in the morning (all this EVE time of course).

I've had the same since Incursion 1.0.0. It's really a pained to look up your usual hybrid ammo and have to search for tungsten above thorium ;-) Hope they fix it soon.
